Many of our customers choose to scan their records in at their office and send us a copy. We offer two scan options,
1. Scan bay
2. Scan and send
Traditionally, once each year the business owner delivers a parcel of paper records to their accountant.
Typically, the price is all inclusive. In reality, the accountant breaks the work into 2 jobs. The first is a bookkeeping job, which involves entering all the records into a bookkeeping system. The second job is the compilation of those records into a set of Annual accounts.
Increasingly, business owners are completing job 1: the bookkeeping themselves. Choosing to use either spreadsheets, or one of the many accounting software programmes which are now available. But doing your own bookkeeping isn’t for everyone. There are still lots of small business owners who want and all inclusive annual accounts package.

In which case we would charge an additional £30 for up to each 100 transactions or part thereof. Being a further £300 + VAT. Once we are in receipt of all your paper records we will give you an exact price for the work. With our 100% money guarantee you can then choose to either cancel your order and receive a 100% money back refund or choose to proceed and pay the additional charge. Whatever you choose you will remain in control of the transaction

Example:
You are a small business trading below the VAT registration threshold.
Step 1- Transactions: Estimate the number of transactions you will need recording in a normal year. Some clients count the actual number of transactions. Let’s assume its 450 transactions.

A typical A4 box of copier paper containing 5 reams (500) of A4 80gsm paper. That’s 2500 sheets of A4 paper.
If you use the same box to store paper receipts and invoices, you will probably get 1000 sheets in the same box. Typically weighing 1 Kilo.
We charge £29.99 to collect each A4 box of paper up to a weight of 2 KG per box.
This is usually sufficient to hold all the paperwork for a medium to large size “small business” (see table 1).
